Where do I find the App?
You can find the app on the apple app store. You can also click on the button below to be taken directly to the app download page.
How do I add my account?
- Once the Outlook App is installed and open, you will see the following screen
- PLEASE NOTE, if you have previously installed the app please see the bottom of this page for further assistance.
- Select the "Add Account" button to continue
- You should now see an "Add Account screen". Type in your own email where you see "myemail" and then press "Continue" when you are happy with it.
- A new screen should appear with the words "Exchange" at the top as seen in the image
- The details that are currently input are INCORRECT, we will need to change that.
- Fill in this screen with the following details entering your own username/email where you see "myemail". MAKE SURE THESE MATCH EXACTLY
- You should now be logged in however, you will not yet see your emails yet.
- This sign in will have sent a request to the UK IT Helpdesk. You will now need to send an email to make sure that it is the real you that is sending this request.
- Once you have been contacted and the request approved, reload your email inbox and you should begin to receive your emails.

What if I already have an account on the outlook app?
- If this is the case you will instaid need to open the side menu in the app so that you see the following screen
- You will then need to press the new account button, as this is not obvious you are looking for this button on the left hand side
- You will then see the following, select "Add an account" and then follow the guide from step 2 onwards
