Where do I find the App?

You can find the app on the apple app store. You can also click on the button below to be taken directly to the app download page.

How do I add my account?

1. Once the Mail app is installed and open, you will see the following screen
   • 
   • Select the "Microsoft Exchange" button to continue
2. You should now see an "Exchange" screen. Type in your own email where you see "myemail" and then press "Next" when you are happy with it.
   • 
3. A popup will appear, select "Configure Manually" and then enter your password. Then press "Next".

4. A new screen should appear.
   • 
5. The details that are currently input are INCORRECT, we will need to change that.
6. Fill in this screen with the following details entering your own username/email. MAKE SURE THESE MATCH EXACTLY

7. You will see the following screen, select all that you wish to sync and then select "Save".
   • 
8. You will see the following screen, select the appropriate option.
   • 
9. You will see the following popup, select"Allow"
   • 
10. You should now be logged in however, you will not yet see your emails yet.
11. This sign in will have sent a request to the UK IT Helpdesk. You will now need to send an email to make sure that it is the real you that is sending this request.
12. Once you have been contacted and the request approved, reload your email inbox and you should begin to receive your emails.
