Help lightening is the main app used on VUZIX devices at Aviagen. It allows for easy and fast remote assistance and does not require any fees per department for use. It allows for calls to be placed in your web browser without any software to install and also allows you to overlay items on the users screen, directing them towards a chosen goal.
