- Firstly, open the Outlook Mobile app
- When the app is open select your profile icon in the top left
- A new menu should appear on screen
- Look at the bottom left of this menu for the settings icon
- Tap on it
- This will display the settings
- Find the following menu, find your Aviagen email and tap on it
- This will display a new screen
- Find the following option
- Tap on the grey icon, it should turn blue
- Throughout this you should see a popup asking if you allow permission for this
- Select allow
- Allow any other popups
- Congratulations you have synced your contacts
