Before you begin

Step 1: Open Outlook
Open the Microsoft Outlook mobile app.
Step 2: Open the Outlook menu
Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the Outlook app.
A menu should appear on screen.
Step 3: Open settings
Look at the bottom-left of the menu and tap the settings cog.
Step 4: Select your Aviagen account
In Settings, find the Email accounts section.
Tap your Aviagen email account.
Step 5: Turn on Sync contacts
Find the Sync contacts option.
Tap the grey switch. It should turn blue when it is enabled.
Step 6: Allow permissions
You may see one or more permission popups asking whether Outlook can access your contacts.
Select Allow on these prompts.
Once permissions are allowed, Outlook will begin syncing your contacts.
Troubleshooting
If your contacts do not appear, check the following:
- You selected your Aviagen email account, not a personal email account.
- The Sync contacts switch is turned on.
- You allowed Outlook to access contacts when prompted.
- Your phone may take a short time to finish syncing contacts.
