Guide | Increase the Outlook Search Limit

- Open outlook
- Click on ”File” (Top right of page)
- Click on “Options” (Lower left hand side)
- Find the “Search” Tab (Left hand side menu)
- Ensure that the “Improve search speed by limiting the number of results shown” option DOES NOT have a tick within it, like in the image
- Close and restart outlook and test the search results again. If this has not worked re-do the above steps to ensure they were completed correctly. If the issue still persists it may mean that you are facing a different issue.
