KACE is a software available on office networks which, when navigated too, will completely wipe your selected PC and reinstall it as new. Either to be used on the company network or to be removed from the company network (for old machines)
This guide will take you through a process called "Booting Into Kace". It will involve slight complexity to setup so please ensure you fully read all steps and if you have any questions message us here for support.

Start the Laptop/Desktop, once the power light comes on, press the F12 key repeatedly until you see the below appear on screen.

From here click on the box which says "BIOS Setup"

Next Select "Storage" from the left side menu

Now select the "AHCI Storage" option circled below.

If a Yes/No box appears select "Yes"

Select "Apply Changes" at the bottom left of the screen.

Say Yes to any Yes/No questions

Now select Exit at the Bottom right of the screen

Again saying Yes to any Yes/No questions

The machine will now reboot. Like before repeatedly press the F12 key until you see the BIOS screen again

Once you are on the BIOS screen again you should see a menu on the left which says "UEFI Boot devices" or "Boot Devices"

On this menu you will have the option between "USB NIC (IPV4)" or "ONBOARD NIC (IPV4)".

Firstly try "USB NIC (IPV4)", if this fails then restart the process from step 8, restarting the machine, and try the "ONBOARD NIC (IPV4)" option. If this also fails then contact the helpdesk.

If successful, the below screen should appear. Highlight the relevant server location (Angers = France, Mezoors = Hungary etc) with the up/down arrow keys and press enter

After selection you will see some different windows appear on screen, wait until you see the bellow appear

On this screen select "Scripted Installation"

Next you will see a drop own box with multiple options, select the one most relevant to your use.

Once installation starts you will see the following screen

Congratulations the install has started

After around 5-10 minutes you will see a prompt to enter the PC name appear, if you have been given one then enter it now

After around 20-40 minutes you will see a prompt for Office Language/Version selection, choose the relevant option

Once the installation is complete you will see a windows login screen, login with a relevant company account and contact the IT helpdesk for next steps./ Ensure that you have noted down the machines teamviewer ID and password.
