All printers are connected to what is called the Aviagen Global Address Book, this allows you to find, save, and scan to any email in the company. This guide will take you through this process step by step.
- Firstly, ensure the printer is on and that the home screen is showing, it should look something like the below image
- Next select the "Scan" option on the top row
- You will see the following screen (Below image), select "Email"
- When email is selected, the following screen (Image below) will be shown. On this screen select "LDAP"
- You will now be shown a selection screen (Image below), select the top option "search method".

- Now go back to the previous screen and select "name", entering the target user, this will normally be the farm mailbox
- You will see a list of options, select the correct one
- You should then see this screen (below image), on this screen you can choose whether to scan in colour or black and white. Choose the relevant option
You can also use the address book to add favourite/regularly used addresses to prevent the need to go through this process every time, for information on this process see THIS GUIDE HERE
