We're excited to announce a new tool called SpecOps. It's a simple way to reset or change your work password all by yourself, without having to call IT.
Why are we doing this?
SpecOps helps keep your account and our company more secure. You'll now be asked to verify it's really you by using one-time passcodes and authentication codes. You may have seen this before with your personal apps like email or banking. It's the same idea, just for your work account.
How does it work?
First-time setup: You'll need to set up SpecOps the first time you use it. We've created easy step-by-step guides to help you. Just follow the link below.
Resetting your password: If you forget your password, no problem! SpecOps will guide you through resetting it.
Changing your password: You can also use SpecOps to change your password anytime, even if you haven't forgotten it.
Can I still call IT for help? Of course! But even if you call IT, you'll still need to use a one-time passcode to verify it's you.
Remember: SpecOps works whether you're connected to our company network (VPN) or not.
