Presenting

  • Please visit reception and ask for the dongles for your room (the room names are on the underside of each dongle)
  • Press the On button in the corner of the room

 

  • Plug the dongle into a spare USB port
  • The software should autorun and the dongle should have a solid white circle
  • Firmly Press the centre of the dongle
  • Your screen will appear on the TV

 

Do you want to use Zoom?

  • Join a meeting
  • Ensure the Audio selection is set to the “Room” devices
  • And again, for the Video, Choose “Room Camera”
  •

Problem Suggested Resolution
White Spinning Circle on the Dongle

The Barco Application may not have started. Check your windows Explorer for a D: or E drive and run the “Clickshare_For_Windows.exe” applications

Nobody can hear me

Check you have set the Microphone properly on in Zoom to the Room Speakerphone

 

 

Does the front of the camera have a red light on?

If so press the mute button on the remote to unmute the Polycom

The Camera keeps moving and following the speaker

Press and hold this button on the remote until you hear a beep.

You can then use the manual zoom in and out buttons on the remote control
