- Sometimes, tablets can forget the WIFI network hey should be connected to
- This leads to difficulties such as falling behind on updates or IT assuming the device is no longer in use.
- You can check if a device is connected to WIFI by doing the following
- Navigate to the bottom right of the device screen, click on the following button, the icon may looks lightly different per device.

- When clicked, you should see one of the two following screens

- From here, select "Aviagen Group WIFI" network
- Now that you have found this, right click on it, if you are on a tablet touch screen, press down and hold until the following menu appears
- On this menu, select “Forget”
- Now that we have removed the old login we need to add the new login
- Again navigate to the “Aviagen Group WIFI” network in the menu
- Now click on it, and then click “Connect”
- You may see the following screen, select “Continue”
- After this you may see a “Connected Successfully” screen if that is the case, congratulations you are complete. This is not always the case (See Step 11)
- You may instead see a prompt to login.
- If you do, enter your devices username and password
- On farm tablets your username will be as follows
- Selection Team Tablet – “seltab”
- Rear Tablet – “reartab”
- Service Team Tablet – “sertab”
- Barnton Tablet – “bttab”
- The password will be the relevant tablet password, please note, these have recently changed, ensure you are using the correct new password.
- You can verify that the network connection is functional by running a quick google search.
- On farm tablets your username will be as follows
