How to Login

Please note that the username and password for Aviagen Share are identical to your network credentials meaning that your username and password will be the same ones as you use to login to your machine. In most cases (but not all) your username will be the first part of your email address i.e. 

If your email address was [email protected] your username would be BarryBart. Your password will always remain the same as the one you login with to your machine or the VPN.

 

How to upload and share a file

To upload a file onto share please go to All Files > My Files

 

 

 

 

 

After this you can press on Add Files and Folders then choose from the options below.

 

 

 

 

 

You will be presented with a box like below where you can pick your file and click Open.

 

 

 

 

 

To create a share link to the file you uploaded you will need to hover over the file or folder you’d like to share and click on the share icon like below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will be notified that your Share has been created.

 

 

 

 

 

There are 4 boxes to the right of the window are all to do with the link such as copying, opening, emailing or downloading it into a QR code.

 

 

 

 

 

If you press on change where it shows you whether the share is Public or Private you will be able to adjust many different options such as disallowing the download of the file or setting an expiry date on the link.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are ever unsure of what files you have shared you can see this information under the Shared by Me tab on the left hand side.
