IT Leavers Form

Please complete all relevant sections to ensure a secure off-boarding.

IT Off-boarding Policy

When IT fully deletes a user, we will:

  • Export the user's email to a file for archival.
  • Export the user's home drive (if it exists) for archival.
  • Back up the Documents and Desktop files from any returned laptop.
