Mobile Phone Request

Request new connections, upgrades, or replacement devices.

Company Mobile Phone Policy

A number of positions within the business require individuals to be provided with a company mobile phone. It is the responsibility of individuals to look after and keep the mobile phone secure at all times.

Handset Costs & Specifications

It has been agreed that the cost of all new company mobile phone handsets will be capped at a maximum price of £500 (ex VAT). This provides a wide range of good quality phones which cover all business necessities:

  • Make and receive calls/texts in any country
  • Email and attachment access
  • Internet browsing for business purposes
  • Camera

Note: Should anyone require a higher spec phone handset they will contribute the difference in the cost of the handset.

Service Package (O2 & Vodafone)

The package of minutes/data that the company pays for is standard across the board:

  • UK: Unlimited calls and texts, 3GB data per month.
  • EU Roaming: 2,000 minutes, 2,000 texts, and 500MB data per month.
  • World Traveller Zone: £7.50 per day for calls, texts, and data (allowance varies by country). If in doubt check with IT.
  • Rest of World: Additional roaming charges will be incurred.
