Before you begin
You will need the following before adding your Aviagen email account to Outlook for Android:
- The Microsoft Outlook app installed from the Google Play Store.
- Your full Aviagen email address.
- Your Aviagen password.

Step 1: Open Outlook
If this is your first time using Outlook
Open the Outlook app and tap the Add account button near the bottom of the screen.
If you already have another account in Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Tap the Home icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap the + icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select Add an account.
Step 2: Enter your Aviagen email address
In the Add account window, tap the box that says Enter your email.
Enter your full Aviagen email address, for example:
Important
Do not select the Google account option during setup. Aviagen does not use Google email accounts.
Tap Continue.
Step 3: Connect Exchange
You should now see a Connect Exchange window.
At first, this window may only show a few fields. To display the full setup options, scroll to the bottom of the screen and turn on:
Step 4: Enter the Exchange settings

Example: If your email address is [email protected], your username would be:
yournameStep 5: Finish setup
Once all details have been entered, tap the tick icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Outlook will then attempt to connect to your Aviagen email account.
Troubleshooting
If setup does not work, check the following:
- Your email address has been entered correctly.
- Your password is correct.
- The server is entered as webmail.uk.aviagen.com
- The domain is entered as newbridge
- Your username only contains the part before the @ symbol.
Please check the details carefully and try again before contacting the Helpdesk. Most setup issues are caused by an incorrect password, username, server, or domain.
