Overview
Mimecast Held Messages (also known as Quarantine) are emails that have been temporarily held because they may be spam, suspicious, or do not meet security policies.
These messages are not delivered to your inbox unless you review and release them.
How Long Are Messages Held?
-
Held messages are stored for 14 days only.
-
After 14 days, they are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
It is important to review your held messages regularly to avoid losing important emails.
